Monterey Bay Regional Energy Plan

The Regional Energy Plan Program is a collaborative effort to create a comprehensive Energy Efficiency Plan for the Monterey Bay Area, encompassing AMBAG's areas of service in Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito Counties.

The final draft of the Plan is now complete and is available (from the links below) for the cities and counties in this region to adopt, or use as a set of guidelines to help reduce their energy use and costs.

AMBAG's Energy Advisory Committee worked with energy experts to write the Plan. The Advisory Committee is made up of representatives from the local cities and counties, as well as local business, and industry.
